A beautiful two-story house (sleeps up to 14 people) in the heart of Hollywood. Half block to Young circle Arts Park in downtown Hollywood, where great restaurants, nightlife and weekly activities like movies, concerts, and food trucks for the whole family take place. Less than 5 minutes to the Beach. The first floor rooms have; a king sized bed in the master bedroom with high ceilings, a king sized bed in the second bedroom, two queens in the third bedroom, and a living room with a pullout sofa. Second floor has two twin beds in one room and a loft with a queen bed overlooking master suit. Also, central A/C, WI-FI, cable TV, washer & dryer for convenience. The backyard is nice and spacious with a pool and a Jacuzzi, featuring sitting area and a grill.

Summary: We travel a lot, and I must say that the owner was one of the best of the properties that we’ve rented. The pool was great! We loved the design, which allowed everyone their own space to splash or relax in their own area. I’ll be honest and say that the layout of the house is odd, 2 bedrooms can look down into the master bedroom. However, it was no issue for us. We just banned our kids from going up there at night. Each had their own room downstairs. Kitchen utensils are your basics and need an upgrade, so cooking a large or creative meal might not worked. But, it worked ok for us since we rarely cooked. Overall, it’s a great, clean place to stay and hang out by the pool. Thanks to the owners for providing such a clean home in a quiet neighborhood where we felt safe!
